Surprising - August 16
So I did not feel good this morning cause I majorly over ate
yesterday. I woke up and decided to take it to easy. I drank a
kombucha. Wasn't hungry. Then around 2 I was getting hungry. Someone
brought in some McDonald's cheeseburgers. I had one. It satisfied me.
Now 2 hours later I'm slowly getting hungry. This showed me right here
how little food I actually need to be satisfied which is eye opening
cause I'm part of the empty plate club.
