Lets talk about how food makes us feel
Part
of intuitive eating is to listen to your body and notice how certain
foods make you feel. These foods so far I've realized
make me feel sick or give me heart burn. It doesn't mean I have to stop
having those things but at least I am conscious of it. I am though
thinking about finding a replacement of coffee. It really destroys my
natural hunger cues. I thought I would have some tonight after I was
done with eating and it's giving me heart burn. On ww when I was
starving all the time, coffee was great because it covered my hunger and
I would eat whether I was hungry or not but now that's not the case.
These are all things I bought while on IE that have gone bad and I've had to throw out because I didn't binge eat and finish them or eat them enough with my own free will.
