A success - August 14

Here's a little victory for today. I made myself salami grilled cheese with BBQ sauce for dipping and a side of chips. I had about 5 chips or so. Kinda left them for the end and once I got to them they weren't as good as I was expecting them to be, so I put them in a bag for later. If its amazing, savour it and if not don't waste time on it! I also woke up at 9, and at 9:30 Erik was hungry. The last few days while making food for Erik I've just had some too which is not honouring my hunger cues it's honouring his. So today I didn't and waited until I was hungry. He was hungry at 9:30 and I only got hungry at 12pm!!!! He also told me our metabolisms are very different so you can't base your hunger off of mine which is very true.
