Day 16
Day 16/Snack - Cherries
I woke up at 9AM, and when I do that, I usually get hungry pretty early on. But since I ate a grilled cheese and salt and vinegar chips at 2:30 AM, my hunger didn't really show up until about 12PM.
On they way from an appointment though, we stopped by and bought some taber corn, beef jerky and cherries from Kelowna! So on the way home I had a few cherries because I was craving them and they were absolutely delicious.
Day 16/Meal 1 - Pita pizza with Alfredo, pineapple, and bacon.
When I got home, I made Erik and I pita pizzas. his was amazing. I ate it when I was feeling pretty hungry. I think I ate to satisfied instead of full but did eat the whole thing except the crusts.
Day 16/Snack 2 - Cherries
At 3:35 Wasn't hungry at all, but my body wanted more cherries so I had some!!
Day 16/Meal 2 - Perogies with Parmesan, bacon bits and sour cream
I couldn't decide if I was hungry or not. I had a cough drop and those or candy really mess with my hunger cues. Sometimes I felt hungry and other times not. I ate my food at about 7:15. I had six perogies, ate them all and they were just as delicious as I wanted them to be. I feel satisfied now so I must have been hungry.
Day 16/Dessert - Medium Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard
After supper, my co worker said he was going to get a blizzard. Proud of myself because I actually asked him if I could have one too! I asked for a size small and I am glad I did. I only ever ate blizzards on treat days and I would get a medium and would inhale all of it in the car on the way home and then chase it down with fast food.
This first picture is of when I first got it. It was very delicious.
The second picture after eating a 1/4 I was full. I considered stopping here but I wasn't psychologically satisfied here.
The third picture is where I stopped and threw it out. Between 1/2 and 1/4 left. It was no longer serving my body or my mind. I truly had enough. Now I'm a little over full but it was important to serve myself by giving myself permission to eat this.
