Day 17
Woke up today not hating my body and actually liking how I look. Can't guarantee I'll love it the same tomorrow but I'll take this for now!!
Day 17/Meal 1 - Scoop and Roll Ice Cream
So it's not that I wanted ice cream for breakfast, but Erik went to an appointment and this rolled ice cream truck was close by and I've been wanting to go for two years and never let myself because it would have had to be on a treat day. But I finally went today (when I was hungry too around 2pm) and I got their salted caramel, chocolate pretzel and nuts one and it was so damn good. I ate it all with no guilt because it's pretty much a once in a life time thing for me to get this.
Day 17/Meal 2 - Home made pizza. Pepperoni and shrimp pineapple and bacon
I had 5 pieces. I stopped at 4 and then one didn't fit in the fridge so I ate it. Really not rational. I totally could have thrown it away. I felt kinda guilty for eating 5 pieces but then again all I had today was ice cream so... it's fine I hardly ate substantial food today. I ate at 7:15. Around 8 my tummy hurt. Not from being over full but in general kinda like a tummy ache.
Tea and 2 Mint Oreos
Earl grey and mint Oreos cause I want to.
Day 17/Meal 3 - Salt and Vinegar chips, Maple cookies, Snickers, Magnum Gold Bar
Erik and I did our snacking thing. I have feelings of guilt of eating as much as I did but I don't feel sick. So I need to work through those feelings. I had some salt and vinegar chips and 2 sugar cookies, and a snickers and then some of a magnum gold bar. A success though is stopping with some of the magnum bar left over because I had enough with something as fancy as that I usually power through regardless but I didn't.
