Day 21
Day 21/Meal 1 - Cantaloupe
It's all gone but after last nights food my body wasn't 100 per cent and I wasn't sure if I was hungry or not. But I opened the fridge and cantaloupe looked good to me so I grabbed it and ate it. I also mixed water with emergen-c since I've been fighting off a cold. This was all I felt like this am, but yesterday I did eat a lot so that could be why.
Day 21/Snack 1 -Greek Yogurt Bar
I was starting to get hungry around 2:45 pm so I grabbed this granola bar. It was super yummy.
Day 21/Snack 2 - Nutrigrain Bar
Eating 2 bars in one afternoon is not my first choice but they were all I had laying around. I got hungry at 4:20 again so I know that the bar keeps me full for about 1.5 hours. I also snacked because it was no where close to supper time yet. Clearly I didn't eat enough for breakfast.
Day 21/Meal 2 - Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce
I saw these when grocery shopping and they looked delicious. This morning when I was putting it in the container I thought oh my this is so much pasta way more than I usually let myself eat on ww and I poured away and said who the hell cares. Just because I'm putting it in the bowl does not mean I'm eating it all and if I do eat it all who the hell cares. I also used full fat alfredo instead of light although to be honest I enjoy the taste of the light Classico better. I was pretty hungry as I didn't eat as much as usual in the earlier part of the day. I did leave some behind however when the taste started dropping. I wasn't full when I stopped but I was over the taste if that makes sense.
Day 21/Dessert - Mint Oreo, Tim Tam, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Caramel Cakes, and chocolate covered sour key
In my usual fashion I ate dessert after supper. I wasn't full when I stopped supper so I knew I'd have more room for dessert. I brought a few options along I ate a bit of everything. I had 2 caramel cakes, 1 mint Oreo, 1 tim tam, and 1 chocolate covered sour key and a few cinnamon toast crunch cereals. It's hard for me to write because I eat guilty about eating 'so much' dessert but what's worse? Eating a nibble here and there and being satisfied and potentially being done with food for the day? Or binge eating full size chocolate bar after chocolate bar and an entire pint of Ben and jerrys to punish myself? I would say it's progress. I might not eat multiple desserts a night eventually but thats not right know and that's okay. I also didn't eat all the rest of the cereal, or the other Oreo or the chocolate bar in my purse or the other Tim tam in my desk I had want I wanted and now I'm fine.
