After doing Weight Watchers for 3 years, and losing 50 lbs, then gaining all the weight back in the last year, I decided to try something new. To screw all diet mentalities and try out Intuitive Hunger Based Eating after being inspired by Josie Spinardi's book. called "Thin side out: How to have your cake and your skinny jeans too." The goal: to control what I eat instead of it controlling me, and to make peace with food while finding my ultimate healthy weight.
