Week 2 - Weigh In
So as hard as it is to gain two weeks in a
row, I need to remember a couple of things. Intuitive eating isn't about
losing weight, it's about repairing your relationship with food that
you end up reaching a natural set point with your weight. I'm currently
having my TOM. I always stress about the five billion pounds I've gained
over the week and it's always just a couple of pounds. This gain is
after I ate nachos, ice cream, baked goods like squares and chocolate
croissants and finished 2 bottles of wine... and I gained less this week
then I did last week. So it's easy to be discouraged but if you look at
how small the gain is, then it's not too bad, and in the end my eating
will be all the better and my weight will regulate itself. 👌🏻so far in
this process I'm only up 3.3. Could be waaaaaay worse.
