Feelin' Myself/Working Out
I might not be at my lowest weight. I might be at my highest I don't even know since I haven't weighed recently. I may have a belly... but I haven't been restricting, I've been living my life and I like how I look and feel today. Also about a week ago - Erik and I started working out a little bit. When I did weight watchers I wanted to lift weights, because I thought it looked cool, but I knew muscle sometimes makes you gain weight, and so when I was weighing myself all the time, I didn't want to take that risk. Now that I am not weighing myself anymore... it doesn't matter! So last week I started doing 18 curls on each arm - I started with 5, and now I am up to 10. Then I do 10-15 squats while holding weights. I also do about 10 suicides with about 10 lbs. And then I do 10-15 sit ups! It's actually really fun, and it's fun to move up in the amount of weight you can handle! Plus it's something Erik and I do together!
